Yoga is an ancient practice meaning "union." It can be described as a union of the body with mind and spirit. At ALW, our classes aim to help students develop and enhance a new or existing yoga practice, emphasizing awareness of breath while synchronizing movement and maintaining safety in posture.

Chair massage is massage performed while the client is fully clothed and seated, focusing on tension in the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands. Sessions are shortened and typically last from 10-20 minutes. At ALW, we offer corporate chair events for your business.
