What is an abundance mindset?

What we think and how we view the world can have a profound impact on our quality of life. Are our thoughts rooted in fear, or do we ground ourselves in gratitude and trust that what is meant for us will find its way?

People's lives are impacted regularly by stress, trauma, and disease, and these devastating circumstances can impede our ability to be present in the moment and present in our own bodies. When we're overwhelmed with the hustle and stressors of daily life, it's more difficult to imagine that there's an abundance of good things waiting for us.

At Abundant Life Wellness, our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for every person to experience restoration in a way that is uniquely suited for YOU. We are passionate about giving you the space to connect to yourself as you are in the moment. Compassionate, intentional touch and integrative bodywork have the power to transform us physically, mentally, and emotionally when we welcome ease and stillness.

Our bodies possess the capacity for self-healing and contain everything we need from within. As bodywork practitioners, we are here to support you in your healing journey and help bring an abundance of exactly what you need into your life.

Meet the Team...

Lynneah Smith, Owner, LMT, CMLDT

PA License #: MSG015225

Thanks for visiting! I'm Lynneah - a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher. My passions span many, and I get fired up each day by the

opportunity to do what I love and share it with others. When my nose

isn't drowning in a book or I'm not starting a new craft project, you can

find me traveling to new places, sweating it out on my yoga mat, or

snuggling with my pup. I live for great food, live music, and trying new

things that scare me (ask me about my short stint training Brazilian Jiu

Jitsu or canyoneering down a waterfall). The journey hasn't always been

easy, but that's my favorite part - creating a life I'm wildly proud of

surrounded by beautiful people, places, and experiences.

I'd be lying if I said I always knew I wanted to be a massage therapist.

After leaving behind a career in the corporate world and a lot of soul

searching (and yoga) later, I felt what I can only describe as a gentle, yet

undeniable, tug toward bodywork. It was only after I started school that

all the puzzle pieces fell into place. Suddenly, I found a calling that spoke

to the person I wanted to show up as in this world.

I believe in the power of gentle, restorative touch. While there is certainly a place for rigorous, deep work, I am not a no pain-no gain therapist. In my experience, the most effective approach for our bodies to heal is a safe, nurturing environment where our stress, tension, and muscles can unwind. My job as your therapist is to listen to what you and your body needs.

My goal is to work with each client to develop a unique, individualized plan to welcome sustainable and transformative change to the body rather than to force it. I use and combine a variety of modalities including neuromuscular therapy, connective tissue (myofascial) release, Swedish massage, reflexology, cupping, and manual lymphatic drainage. I love to learn and am always reading up on new ways to help my clients.

I would be honored to be part of your healing journey and hope to meet you soon!
